• QM1200 is a complete, low-cost turnkey automatic pick and place system that can be put into production right out of the box. The system is operated by a desktop computer.

• The machine is especially designed for startups, subcontractors, universities and independent labs. The machine can be easily and reliably used to place most PCB parts - from small 0402 to large BGAs or fine chips with 0.5 mm pitch.

• It is easy to be set up. The machine is equipped with a vision alignment device and an up and a down vision camera. These make it possible to quickly and accurately detect both of the pick and place points and parts during the operation.
