Description:


The QM6064 is a high-performance automatic pick and place machine designed for medium batch SMT production. As a faster model with a larger working area and higher feeder capacity, it gives manufacturers more flexibility for mixed component jobs, panelized boards, and growing in-house assembly requirements.
The QM6064 features six picking and placing heads, a 64-feeder capacity, and a 500 x 370 mm working area, equal to approximately 19 x 14 inches. This larger production area allows the machine to handle broader PCB sizes while maintaining efficient placement throughput.
Its vision system includes six high-speed identification cameras and one HD high-precision camera for fine-pitch components such as BGAs and ICs. The machine supports simultaneous recognition and picking with six heads, helping improve production efficiency while maintaining placement consistency.
The QM6064 includes automatic PCB positioning, left-to-right PCB conveyance, automatic programming after importing PCB coordinates, and a user-friendly production workflow for standard SMT parts and mixed component assemblies.
