SMTmax Announces the Launch of their New QM-1500 Pick & Place Machine and XY Motion System Upgrade September 18th, 2012 — SMTmax announced the release of their 2013 pick & place model; the QM-1500 Pick and Place machine. The QM-1500 Pick & Place has been equipped with new guide ways and linear motion systems. The improved mechanical structure and enhanced balance of the driving power has made it more reliable and precise compared to similar models on the market. The QM-1500 will replace the QM-1000 Pick & Place model.      

Joseph Zhou, CEO of SMTmax said “The new QM1500 has been fully tested and calibrated by our engineers at our R&D lab in Corona, CA and the results couldn't be more promising. We are excited to release the QM1500”. The QM1500 Pick & Place model is designed for rapid prototyping and small to medium size production batches. The new addition to the QM-Series will service the needs of customers who are looking for a low cost alternative while maintaining the same reliability and precision of higher priced machines. Furthermore, SMTmax will be offering the new guide ways and linear motion systems as an option to their entire QM-Series line of pick and place machines, starting immediately .
