After more than half a year of testing in the field, SMTMax/Omxie Corporation is proud to announce the new features of our QM2000 series of pick and place machine:

Larger Working Area: The new QM2000 automatic pick and place machines have a working area of 36"x21", which will become the standard for all QM2000 models purchased after June 2011. This is a (20%) improvement over the previous machines.

More Feeders: Having a larger working area means that we can support more feeders. The new QM2000 machines are able to support replica   at least eighty 8mm QM feeders.

New QM Feeder and Nozzle System: The new QM2000 machines make use of our proprietary new QM feeder and nozzle system that creates more flexibilty and higher precision control.

Smoother Movement and Improved Reliability:   Through better engineering and design, the  new QM2000 machines are able to provide smoother movement and improved reliability compared to the old.
