SMTMax/Omxie Corporation is proud to announce that we have introduced a new nozzle system for our automatic pick and place machines.

This state of the art system, entitled QM-NZ02, was developed by our R&D team in Corona, CA, USA based on customer feedback and demand. The system employs Carbide tips to increase nozzle durability and double springs to dramatically reduce the damage caused by human errors. The QM-NZ02 system comes in a set of five that covers most of the SMT components on the market. It also comes with newly enhanced software.

Every pick and place machine from SMTmax will be equipped with this new system starting from July 2011.
