How to purchase from us:
- Purchasing from our website, you can directly check out from our website with a credit card if you live in the United States.
- Fax, Email, Call in, if the purchase needs to be made with a PO, COD, or shipped on your account.
- Customer account, you can set up a customer account with at least 3 credit/trade references. It also takes time, from a few days and up. A D&B's number with good rating will help.
- International orders please email, fax or call us directly, or contact our distributors. We accept only bank wire transfer or Paypal payment only for international purchases.
- Products can be returned within one month with 15% restocking fee. Special customer ordered items can not be returned.
- All of our products carry a standard one year warranty.
