XM-2000 Insertion Machine
The XM-2000 model was designed to be a unique insertion machine that combines the functionalities of both a jump wire inserter and an axial inserter. It is equipped with a special servo-control system to accomplish seamless inter-inserting between jump wire and axial components. The speed of the XM-2000 series is very high (up to 24000 CPH) and its reliability has reached the high end of the industry (less than 500 PPM). The machine can accept both manual and automatic PCB load.
